Replaced my fuse and the new one blew immediately. I’m assuming it’s a short, how do I fix it?
Waiting for a treat from @ruthlauren.

Deep Roots & Great Journeys
I’m not a great writer, nor do I have anything to say that will change your life forever. I am honest though, a little braver and a little more courageous than I was yesterday. Baby steps, that’s all it takes.
It feels like yesterday I was graduating from High School and now I’m going into my last year at Georgia Southern University. I feel the feeblest and most unsure as I ever have, like a bean sprout exposed to the elements for the first time. I’m afraid my roots aren’t deep enough to anchor me to the ground, like the wind is going to blow me out of my spot in the soil. But it’s okay; I’m a little braver, a little more courageous.
If you know me well, then you know that I’ve been planning my trip to Sierra Leone for 5 years. A year from today I hope to be boarding my plane.
Sierra Leone is a small country on the West Coast of Africa. It was in an intense civil war from 1991-2002 between the government and the Revolutionary United Front (RUF). The RUF took over diamond mines and traded diamonds with neighboring country Liberia for weapons and ammunition. They also forcefully recruited thousands of child soldiers most of whom will never be able to live a healthy life. The country has never recovered from the blow of the war.

The capitol city of Freetown.
There is a movie called Blood Diamond and if you do want to know more about why I am going to Sierra Leone or you plan on supporting me in any way throughout my trip, I would advise you to watch it.

This will be the first of many trips to Sierra Leone. While there I’m going to scout out possible locations for H2O4World, a water purification system designed for villages that don’t have wells yet. I am going to check on the system already installed at Coconut Farm.

My dad at Coconut farms installing the first system.

Everyone was SO excited and ready to help. That is the first water system.

Beautiful beautiful babies!
I will be working with other missionaries and people there to help rebuild the capitol city of Freetown.
I am going to help rebuild as many buildings as I can, play with as many children as I can, and write as much as I can write afford to write. I’m going to grow deep roots.
This is the beginning of a long journey. I’m going to need all the help I can get.
When pain is to be born, a little courage helps more than much knowledge, a little human sympathy more than much courage, and the least tincture of the love of God more than all.
